Area of Study: Grad student in Civil and Environmental with Sustainable Water Development Focus

Future Aspiration: I want to work in the WASH sector of an NGO, providing  water and sanitation services for people in developing and emergency contexts

Why Quench? Access to safe drinking water is a human right and I want to give my time to an organization that recognizes and works to reduce the inequities that exist with  safe drinking water access.

Future Aspiration: I want to join the nonprofit sector and get involved in water access and food insecurity

Why Quench? Equitable access to water is a necessity. The Flint Water crisis is something that really woke me up in terms of water access and marginalized groups. So, I joined Quench to apply what I learn here to future involvement in nonprofits of the same caliber.

Future Aspiration: still deciding between Medical School or a masters in Environmental Engineering

Why Quench? I strongly believe that everyone deserves access to clean water and I would like to do everything in my power to make that happen.
